how we work
We have developed a 4 stage 'pathway' for best practice website design and development.
It is a tried and tested methodology offering you clearly defined project stages, clear useful documentation, iterative communication and multiple approvals at each stage.
project definition
This stage usually starts with a meeting to discuss your initial requirements. It will cover your objectives, the project scope, time scale and any constraints.
We will then present you with a proposal document, that clearly outlines our intentions and related costs.
Once accepted, we will proceed with a detailed functional, design and technical specifications document. The creation of this document will be an iterative process, leading to the next stage once agreed.
creative brainstorm
At this stage we go to work designing and architecting our proposed solution.
This stage will vary in length depending on the nature of the project, but we will keep you updated throughout.
The design stage culminates in the production of a prototype, which will show clearly how the proposed solution will look and feel.
technical devlopment
The development stage takes the prototype a step further as we write the code required to implement the functionality.
You will have full access to the project during its development and we will constantly communicate new developments.
The solution will evolve as you had originally envisioned.
launch and support
You will already be confident in your system as launch date approaches, as you will have been involved in its development.
Post-launch we will continue to support you and address any queries you may have.
We will also monitor performance of the solution and implement usage tracking, if required.
